Return Policy

At Floraadynam we want you to be satisfied with every evening habit product and service purchased through floraadynam.ddd. This Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds under Australian consumer law.
1. Scope
This policy applies to physical products including the Evening Reflection Journal and Habit Stack Planner Bundle, and to the Personal Rhythm Consultation service. Digital bonus content provided with physical purchases is covered under the same order reference.
2. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a physical product, you may return unused items in original packaging within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price excluding original shipping costs. You are responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your journal or planner bundle arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within fourteen days at message@floraadynam.world with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label where appropriate and offer a replacement or full refund including shipping.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been written in extensively, customised at your request, or damaged through misuse are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Sealed consultation preparation materials sent digitally cannot be returned once delivered.
5. Consultation Cancellations
Personal Rhythm Consultation bookings may be rescheduled without penalty with at least twenty-four hours notice. Cancellations with more than forty-eight hours notice receive a full refund. Cancellations within forty-eight hours may incur a fifty percent fee to cover preparation time. No-shows without notice are not refundable.
6. How to Initiate a Return
Email message@floraadynam.world or call +61468848868 with your name, order date, product name, and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within two business days. Do not send products to our address without prior authorisation.
7. Return Shipping
Pack items securely to prevent damage in transit. We recommend tracked postage within Australia. Floraadynam is not responsible for items lost during return shipping unless we issued a prepaid label. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days of receiving the return. Bank processing times may vary. If you paid by alternative arrangement, we will agree on an equivalent refund method.
9. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong product, we may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value subject to stock availability. Price differences for upgrades must be paid before dispatch of the replacement item.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This Return Policy does not limit those rights.
11. Major Failures
A major failure occurs when a product is substantially unfit for its ordinary purpose, cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, or would not have been purchased had the consumer known of the issue. In such cases you may choose a refund or replacement and may be entitled to compensation for consequential losses.
12. Bundles
If returning part of a Habit Stack Planner Bundle, the remaining components may be charged at individual retail value when calculating your refund unless the entire bundle is returned unused.
13. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our resolution, contact us again with additional details. Unresolved disputes may be referred to Consumer Protection WA or the ACCC for guidance. We are committed to fair outcomes for every customer.
